I started over and rebuilt my entire life twice. Now I help women do the same.

I'm Tara. Life coach, spin instructor, podcast host, and a woman who rebuilt her entire life twice, at 38 and again at 42.

In 2025, my IVF journey ended. I became childfree by circumstance. The life I'd planned for years disappeared overnight, and I had to figure out who I was without it.

Those seasons broke me open. And they also taught me everything I know about rebuilding. Not the Instagram version of starting over. The real one. The one where some days you're thriving and some days you're still grieving. Where you're building something new while carrying what you lost. Where clarity doesn't arrive as a lightning bolt - it arrives in small, uncomfortable decisions you make every single day.

I coach women through exactly this. The unplanned chapters. The identity crises. The gap between who you were and who you're becoming. The moment you realize staying is harder than leaving.

My approach is direct, empathetic, and solution-focused. I'll meet you where you are, but I won't let you stay stuck there. This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. This is about helping you build something that actually fits who you are now.

I'm a graduate of York University and trained in Solution-Focused work through The Adler School. But the real credential is this: I've lived what I teach. I'm not coaching you from a transformation that happened a decade ago. I'm building my best life right now. In real time. And I'm taking you with me.

This work is about choosing yourself. Everything changes when you do.

I’ve been there — navigating change, making hard choices, and discovering what’s possible when you choose yourself.
